Line of Credit
A flexible funding option that lets you draw funds as needed, up to an approved limit.
A business line of credit is a revolving form of funding that gives you access to a set credit limit, which you can draw from as needed rather than receiving a lump sum upfront. You only pay interest on the amount you’ve drawn, and as you repay, that credit becomes available to use again.
Lines of credit are commonly used for managing cash flow fluctuations, covering unexpected expenses, or having a financial cushion available without committing to a fixed loan amount.
