Draw Period
The window of time during which you can withdraw funds from a line of credit.
The draw period is the timeframe during which a borrower can withdraw funds from a revolving credit line, such as a business line of credit. During this period, you can draw, repay, and draw again, up to your approved limit.
Some lines of credit have a defined draw period followed by a repayment-only phase, while others remain open-ended as long as the account stays in good standing.
